What is a sweet quick bread anyways? Quick bread is made with a leavening agent such as baking powder or baking soda that permits immediate baking of the dough or batter mixture. Quick bread also has a lot of different types it varies from Banana bread, muffins, beer bread, and many others.

Since I’m planning to make something to give to my housemates who are front liners I decided to do one for them. Now let’s head to the recipe.
