1 1/2cupdairy free milk(I use unsweetened almond milk)
4tbspCanola oil(recommended is 6 but I use 4)
Pre heat the oven into 180°C. Prepare the baking pan you can put a parchment paper or spray with oil and set aside
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix all wet ingredients (including sugar) Just so it will easily dissolve in the mixture.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and with your spatula ensure that they are perfectly combined.
You can now add your chocolate chips and cinnamon with just a few stir.
Pour the batter into your baking pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
