When all you got is just a few minutes, this is perfect for you. A mug cake is literally a cake made using a mug with the help of your microwave oven. This one minute chocolate mug cake can be enjoyed alone or share with others.
3tbspdairyfree milk(I use unsweetened almond milk)
chocolate chips(lots of it)
In a mug add all dry ingredients. Cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt then mix until everything is combined.
Add liquid ingredients plant based milk, oil, and vanilla then mix again.
Add chocolate chips on top and microwave for one minute.
Optional: Top with a plant based ice cream and enjoy.
To make it lower in calories use applesauce.
You can also use unsweetened soy milk or oat milk.
