For the Glaze: 1/2cup confectionary sugar + 1 tbsp oatmilk
Instructions
I use olive oil instead of vegan butter and make sure to pre heat your oven to 180C.
Mix olive oil, oatmilk, sugar, baking soda, vanilla, baking powder and cinnamon until they are all combined.
Add flour and mix again making sure you dont overmix
Put Blueberries in the mixture and pour in your baking pan.
Bake for about 30 mins or until a toothpick is inserted in the center and it comes out clean. For the glaze put it on once the cake is cool.
