Banana Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
This dairy free cookies is perfect snack and grab to go food. Its very easy and fun to do.
whole wheat flour
natural chunky peanut butter
non dairy chocolate chips / raisins
Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mash Bananas and add peanut butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Mix together.
In another bowl mix rolled oats, whole wheat flour and baking powder.
Now add the dry mixture with the wet mixture. Mix again until everything is combined. Your batter should be slightly sticky.
Pour in the chocolate chips or raisins.
Now scoop a tablespoon size balls from the batter and line it in the baking pan.
Bake for about 15-18 minutes.
Let them cool down for a bit and its ready to eat.
