Sweet and Easy Vegan Marbled Chocolate Banana Bread

A rich chocolate flavored vegan banana bread to be enjoyed as snack and breakfast. A very easy recipe that has the right sweetness and flavor from bananas.
¼cup(60ml) non-dairy milkI use unsweetened soy milk
1tspvanilla
¼cupchocolate chipsdairy free
Pinchof cinnamon(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F or 180C.
Prepare 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and set aside.
In a medium size bowl, mash bananas and add liquid ingredients non dairy milk, vanilla, vegan butter, including sugar. Mix until well combined.
In another bowl mix all dry ingredients all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt,and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Slowly pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until everything is combined
Divide the batter into equal parts, then add the two tablespoons of cocoa powder into one of the bowls and mix again. Note: on this part you can pour some chocolate cookies in the batter.
Prepare your loaf pan. Grease the loaf pan with oil, spray with baking spray or simply put parchment paper.
Pour the batter alternately, spreading equally You can choose which one you would like first in the loaf pan until you pour all the batter.
Using a chopstick or fork you can swirl the batter to create a nice marbled mixture then pour the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Baked for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.
Wait to cool for about 20 minutes before transferring into a cooling wire rack.
Serve with your coffee or tea.

To make this recipe gluten-free substitute flour with gluten-free flour of your choice.
If you do not have vegan butter you can also use applesauce or canola oil. I tried using these three and they all work fine.
You can adjust sugar for up to 1 cup according to your preference.
This recipe is very easy, ensure to preheat your oven first before baking.
Cinnamon is optional and you can add more chocolate chips according to your preference.
