Easy 3 Ingredients Vegan Mango Chia Pudding with no added sugar for a healthy and refreshing dessert. Enjoy the healthy and good benefits of mangoes and chia seeds.
Prepare in advance: in a clean small container combine almond milk and chia seeds and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Slice two sides of mangoes leaving the middle part (seed).
Scoop and put in your blender cup.
Pulse and blend until smooth.
Alternatively, using immersion blender pulse until it becomes a puree mango.
Check if the chia seeds mixture is already thick.
In a clean glass container pour mango puree then add chia pudding and top with some fresh mangoes or more mango puree.
Chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving or enjoy right away.
